CASTINGS/FORGINGS

Rose Precision supplies all types of cast and forged products including sand castings, lost wax (investment) castings, and gravity and pressure die castings.

Sand castings

Patterns, tooling, fixtures, tools and dies We supply fully machined ferrous and non-ferrous sand castings from all grades of grey iron, S.G iron, phosphor bronze and aluminium. We also manufacture wooden and aluminium patterns. Considerable savings can be achieved by purchasing cast components from India.

Investment castings can be supplied fully finished, heat-treated and machined from a wide range of alloys, such as;
